The information presented by Paradigm Education Group was
compiled out of the research and study of the many dedicated individuals
who, like yourself, have felt something wasn't right.
Motivated
by their personal beliefs and a passion to do the right thing for the highest
and best good for all concerned, the intricate matrix of the Illusion has been
revealed to the point of seeing what it is, how it works, and what we can do to
release ourselves from the prison it created within our minds and our country.
Paradigm Education Group now consists of an ever-increasing number of
individuals, from all areas of Canada, who have freed themselves from the
Illusion and are willing to assist those who have the same desire.
The ever
growing
number
of human rights educators come from all walks of life with a wide range of
experiences. They consist of those who have dedicated many years of their life
to finding the truth of who we are, to those that have recently become aware of
the Illusion and now feel a desire and duty to assist others who want to free
themselves from the prison of their mind created by the Illusion of the
self-proclaimed elite.
Resulting from their additional studies Paradigm Associates have come to value and respect the freewill of their fellow men
and women, and so
remain focused on providing educational support to others who are willing
to learn to stand after years of living in submission to the creators of the
Illusion. Also knowing that all of us will only remain free once we learn we
have the right to be free, Associates know that with some assistance and support
anyone can learn about their true potential ,and in time can become strong enough to
stand on their own.

Paradigm Education Group was founded by
Russ Porisky, out of the need created by those who heard of his journey
and wanted to do their part in helping assist others in becoming
aware of the reality of who they are. What Russ had learnt through the
experiences of his own quest for freedom has become the foundation that Paradigm
is built upon and the
focused intent to expose the Illusion that has gripped this country we call
Canada.
Like many of the quiet majority Russ and Elaine are honest hard working family
people. Before founding Paradigm Education group Russ had spent the previous twenty years in
the construction industry, and the
same for Elaine, but in the dental field. Today they are parents of a blended family of seven
children, three grand children, and work together to do their part to bring about the paradigm shift
needed to release this country from the grip of the elitists who created this
Illusion we now call "reality." Driven by passion, and not law degrees, they are
natural persons who had the same feelings we all have and chose to find some
answers to what they had felt for years.
Since the early nineties
Russ began searching for answers to what felt like an illogical and unjust taxation system.
With his understanding of the principles of construction he found the same basic
concepts were applied to the construction of statutes, that is, follow the rules.
Through his study of these
fundamental principles he saw through the Illusion that was built on a foundation of
deception, for profit, and how it had concealed the real foundation of this
country. The foundation that acknowledges the supremacy of God and the inalienable human rights
held by all, to become healthy, wealthy and wise.
With his initial focus being income tax he soon came to realize that income tax
was just a symptom of the Illusion. Once freeing his mind,
and body,
from the Illusion of income tax, he discovered that the Illusion was interwoven into virtually every part of
our daily
lives. It was with this awareness, that Russ realized the magnitude of the
challenge ahead, so with the support of others he created Paradigm Education Group,
to provide
educational support for individuals who understood the importance of personal
responsibility and wanted some assistance as they took their journey towards personal freedom.
The collective passion that drives Paradigm
today is the deeper
knowing that the Illusion is not a joke, those who have a vested interest
in perpetuating it will actually lie, cheat and steal, and if we the people do not wake up and start reclaiming this country back with a spirit of honour and truth
then our children will wake up tomorrow believing they were born as slaves to
serve the desires of the
self-proclaimed elite.
Since the beginning of our search for the truth, many ideas were conceived,
tested and had failed. However, as with many seekers of the truth and lovers
of freedom, we ventured forward, regardless of failures or fear, driven by
the internal passion to fulfill our creator's design to become healthy,
wealthy and wise, living in harmony and balance with each other and our
planet.
Today that fear has all but dissolved as it has been replaced with
knowledge, giving us the quiet confidence that we have waded through the
Illusion to the point where we have found the essence of our true
freedom.
As a way of expressing our quiet confidence, and a way to assist others in dissolving
the fear that may linger
in their minds, Paradigm has been offering a reward for years now, which,
despite the odd saber rattling individual relying on personal opinions as
the truth instead of any substantive evidence, the reward has yet to be
formally challenged or claimed.

acting in their own capacity for their own benefit, is
directly included
within the definition of the word "person" as defined in
subsection 248(1) of the Income Tax Act?

We made this offer not because we think we may be misguided, but because our
search for the truth is such that we do not care what the truth
is,
we just want it.

Paradigm's confidence has grown
steadily ever since we started seeing the results of our rights and freedoms
in action. However, being as aware as we are of the intricacy of the
Illusion, not to mention the insatiable greed of those who created and
perpetuate it, we still hold room for error and correction. With this
in mind, we hold our
confidence in balance with our focused intent of providing the most accurate
information.

Dear Sir,
Bonjour, my
name is Russell Anthony Porisky and I am writing this letter to you
in my capacity as a natural person. I am the founder of Paradigm
Education Group which is a group of natural persons who have chosen
to spend their time and energy studying and educating our fellow
Canadians about their human rights. Collectively we must have close
to two hundred years of combined research on the subject matter and
have come to what seem to be some fundamental conclusions. The main
two being that human rights are sacrosanct in this country and no
Act of law can be so written to infringe, abrogate or abridge any of
our natural rights with out specifically declaring such in
prescribed form.
This is what
has driven me to write this letter to you. Until now we have
attempted to write letters to different Ministers for clarification
of a few fundamental points in relation to human rights but as of
yet we have failed to receive a direct response. We seem to always
receive vague and ambiguous responses. It has been these types of
responses that have created a lot of frustration for those of us who
spend the time to write to further our understanding. So in light of
our previous attempts I thought I would write to you directly in
hopes that as the leader of this country you could make the
appropriate directive to the appropriate Minister to assure us a
clear and direct answer to one of our most fundamental questions.
The one
question I would like a direct answer to is as follows;
Is a natural
person (as defined in the Canadian Law Dictionary), working
in his own capacity, under a private contract, for his own benefit
subject to the Income Tax Act of Canada?
The main reason
I seek a direct answer to this question is the fact that through our
studies we have come to what seems to be the only logical conclusion
possible and that is, “No.” So in an attempt to maintain Paradigm’s
intent and integrity as human rights educators we feel we have a
duty to ourselves, our fellow Canadians and this country to verify
our conclusions with all levels of government so that we can educate
others with facts and truth and not misguide or harm them in anyway.
I would like to
thank you in advance for spending the time to address this issue and
sincerely hope that you will respond to this letter with the same
level of honour in which it was written.

As simple as this question is to answer, yes
or no, to date no response has ever been received. Nevertheless, in
the event a response to this letter is ever provided, it will be posted
immediately. However, don't hold your breath, because even if we receive
one, it most likely will be similar to the few we received for other letters we've written
to the government, and once again it most likely will carry a similar tone
as this.
