Paradigm's
Education Programs are available to those who, instead of taking their
journey alone, would like to participate in a structured learning environment
designed to shorten their learning curve as they increase their knowledge.
In a response to today's busy lifestyles Paradigm has
developed several program's to assist an individual in educating
themselves about their human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Paradigm Associates assist in this endeavour with the goal of reducing
the individuals learning curve by providing experience and support
to assist an individual

Paradigm Student Program ~
PSP
|
Participation in the Paradigm Student Program is ideal for those
who would like to walk with others as they venture forth on their
journey towards true freedom. Participation in this program is an
attractive alternative to going it alone as it not only allows an
individual to start restructuring their affairs with a fundamental level
of understanding, it is designed to provide plenty of opportunity for a
Student to
communicate one on one with an Associate to discuss options in relation
to their private affairs, as well as opportunities to discuss more
general matters
with other Students, be it in person or through the PSP Student Site
Chat Room.
With the
assistance of a Paradigm Associate this program is designed to reduce an
individuals learning curve by
months, even years, and can be paid for from amounts saved by exercising
their right to restructure their affairs to fall outside the scope of
some taxing Acts.
The PSP is a two year program with the option of cancellation by a
Student at any time for any reason. However, with a bit of effort on part of the
Student this is usually sufficient
time for the majority of individuals to thoroughly study both the
Intermediate and the Advance courses in a class room like environment.
Participating in these Study Groups is perhaps one of the best ways to
get a true appreciation for what is so great about this country as well
as learning to empower yourself with knowledge.
By taking full advantage the opportunity to attend both the spring and
fall Study Groups that are held annually for both courses, as well as
having the availability of respective Study Manuals to confirm their
level of understanding, an individual can progressively graduate from
each Study Group with growing confidence in their understanding of who
they are and the rights they have.
The cost to
participate in the PSP is based on a nominal percentage scale relative
to the individual's financial ability. By taking this
humanitarian approach we have done what we can to ensure that an
individual's desire to educated them self is not hindered by a lack of
financial ability.
In addition,
participation in
the PSP can give an individual access to an online PSP Student Site where
they can chat with other Students, access the (PXP) Paradigm Extra-Curricular
Program's extra curricular educational material, and
if so inclined even share some of the experiences they've had along
their journey with their fellow Students.
Participation also comes with access to other Paradigm Material, such as
our assortment of private employment contracts called, Contract for Hire™,
and our growing library of our (PDP)
Paradigm Defense Program's Notice of Facts, as well as the opportunity to attend annual closed seminars where
Paradigm's newly developed courses are presented.

Paradigm Continuing Education Program ~
PCP
|
The Paradigm Continuing Education Program was developed to address the
reality of the pressures the Illusion has imposed upon the people in its
attempt to destroy the middle class.
As some Students, for one reason or another, found they were unable to take
full advantage the opportunity to attend enough Study Groups to graduate
from one or both of the courses within the two year time frame, the need
arose for a program that respected their desire to continue on their
journey, as well as the effort they made along the way.
The opportunities available in the PCP are virtually identical to those
available in the PSP, other than a few variables. This Paradigm Continuing
Education Program is offered as a one year extension of the PSP, which is
renewable annually if need arises and the Student qualifies.
However, with that said, the opportunity to participate in this program is
not always available to every PSP Student, as an Associate has the
discretion to withdraw the offering from a Student who has displayed a lack
of desire to put in a reasonable amount of time and effort towards educating
them self while participating in the PSP.
The PCP therefore, is only available to PSP Students who, despite committing
the time and effort their schedules allowed, were unable to graduate from
one or both Study Groups before the two years had lapsed. However, for any
Student who has graduated from the Intermediate Course Study Group before
taking advantage of the PCP, there is also a reduction in the cost of
participation in this program.

Paradigm Membership Program ~
PMP
|
The Paradigm Membership Program is a program available only to Students
who have graduated from the Advance Course Study Group, and want to keep
in contact with their Associate and Paradigm. As with Paradigm's other
programs, access to the online PSP Student Site, as well as the opportunity
to attend annual closed seminars are retained in this program as well.
As time has shown, once a
Student graduates from the Advance Course Study Group their level of knowledge
and their ability to express themselves, both orally and in writing, is at a
level where their
relationship with their Associate naturally shifts from educator/student to a
relationship of like-minded peers.
Therefore, in addition to
the added benefit of significantly decrease participation costs, participation
in the PMP gives a Student the opportunity to continue their journey with some
guidance from their Associate, and to continually re-attend future Advance
Course Study Groups if they so desire.

Paradigm Tax Payer Program ~
PTP
|
With Paradigm
Education Group providing some educational material relating to
a natural person's natural right to structure their affairs to fall outside the scope of taxing
Acts, it's important to remember a natural person also a natural right to structure their affairs to fall within the
scope of taxing Acts as well.
With
that in mind, providing educational material in this regard is as equally
important so an individual can make an inform decision if it is their desire to
structure their affairs in this manner.
The Paradigm Tax Payer Program was created with this in mind and with
the 2 hour DVD presentation, "Learning Your Options" and the Resource Binder with
over 200 pages of support material, it is
ideal for those who, for one reason or another, are not able or willing to
exercise their our
natural right to structure our affairs to fall outside the scope of taxing Acts
at this time.
This
program explores the option "employees" have to restructure their employment
relationship to being that of self "employed", thus allowing them to not only
take home their whole pay cheque but also to take advantage of the numerous
deductions available to the self "employed".
Exercising this option also has a lot of advantages for the payer as well, such
as the elimination of "employee" source deductions and the possibility of costly
penalties for late remittance of those deductions.
Your
right to exercise this "In the Box" option is solidly based on well founded
principles of statutory interpretation, long standing doctrines of contract law
and
has been supported in numerous decisions from the higher courts of this country
throughout history.
In
simple terms, as so eloquently expressed by the Westminster Principle below, it
is the right of the payer and worker to decide the nature of their employment
relationship, not
the CRA's,
despite its seemingly self-serving desire and its years of
apparent
misrepresentations put forth to the public as the truth, the whole truth, and
nothing but the truth.

Named after the 1935
decision of the House of Lords in the Duke of Westminster case, the
Westminster Principle is that a taxpayer can legally arrange his
affairs to minimize the tax payable regardless of his motive. The
principle is simply one aspect of the doctrine that taxpayers should
be governed by the rule of law, preferably clear and certain laws.

Paradigm's Associates

to do so, can not actually educate an individual, as the reality is,
only an individual can educate them self. As such, Paradigm
Associates do not provide legal,
financial, accounting, or any other such "professional" advice, and are
not licensed or registered by or with any statutory authority. Instead,
with the knowledge that no one can actually educate anyone else, they
prefer to do what they can to assist individuals in educating themselves
while encouraging them to rely on their own abilities to determine fact
from fiction.
We believe the
only true way to empower the people of this country enough to release
the detrimental effects of the fear and deception we've all been subject to, is
through education that promotes a willingness on each of our parts to
become personally responsible for our decisions.
This belief is
expressed in our mission statement, and is ultimately in the best
interest of every individual as it will empower them for more than their
immediate situation, it will empower them for the rest of their life.
With that said, our
"credentials", for lack of a better word, do not hang on a wall behind
our desks, but come from a continuing study of our fundamental human
rights, the law, personal experiences, private training, and most
importantly, a strong desire and deep seated passion to show the people what has been so
masterfully hidden from them... the truth!
In just a few short years Paradigm Education Group has human
rights educators all across Canada teaching others about their true potential
and the unlimited capacity they possess. Starting with a strong number in British
Columbia there are now Associates in the other provinces such as Alberta,
Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, with others in Quebec and the Maritime
Provinces coming soon.
As this information spreads throughout the grassroots of
