As you continue your journey it is probably best to start with small steps. This page is designed with just that in mind. It will take you through an introduction of the Who, How, What, Where, and Why of income tax.
.
The intent is to provide you with enough indisputable and verifiable facts,
that regardless what level of skepticism you may have had up to this point, you're going to be in the position to make a choice.

You disregard everything you've just read and return to your present situation,
as if everything you've been led to believe in the past is the truth,
the whole truth. and nothing but the truth...

Or

You continue your journey with the willingness to accept that a search
for the truth starts from within, and the fact that it will take some time and effort
to thoroughly comprehend the vast amounts of information that lies ahead.

Regardless, of your choice, remember this...

Who?

*
It may not seem important to know who is behind the creation of the income tax system, but it is. There may not be anything we can do about it at this time but eventually, when the masses awaken, then the political puppets that deceptively promoted the need for income tax can be replaced with honourable men and women who will have the courage to return the control and repair the damage caused by the few who brought it forth for their own interests.

Most feel that our elected officials who run the show, but remember the old saying,

"The man with the gold makes the rules"

It still applies in today's modern world.

This brings us to who really is responsible for the creation of our income tax system, simply it's the "international bankers". They weren't always know as the "international bankers", but over the years as these self-appointed "elite" financially conquered countries of the world, a pig by any other name is still a pig.

To better understand Canada's income tax system we need to look at both England's and the United States' historical battles with what was then a few financially powerful men, the Rothschilds, and the agents thereof. The Rothschilds were a family of 5 brothers who saw the potential behind controlling a nations money supply. Their family empire is still around today and has grown with the support of hundreds of self-serving corporations and individuals.

In Canada, the Rothschild brothers are better known to many as the founders of the Royal Bank. This quote from Mayer Amschel Bauer (Rothschild) (1744 - 1812) just about says it all.

"Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes the laws"

As time past and their empire grew, other men willingly became puppets for these puppet masters, for their own greedy desires, and participated in this new way of enslaving mankind and the countries from which they came.

Perhaps, two of the best sources of information to continue your studies about the puppets of these world bankers, and the truth behind our monetary system, are the book

"The Creature from Jekyll Island", by Edward Griffin

and the video series, "The Money Masters".

For more information on these two sources go to the Advance page.

Once they gained control of a nation's money supply they could create economic hardship at will. Which they did by creating periodic wars and depressions to entrench their financial grip on unsuspecting nations.

Unlike the United States though, Canada, due to its time in history, did not go through lengthy battles against the world bankers, but merely fell prey to them with a stroke of a pen.

Prime Minister of Canada, William Lyon Mackenzie King.

" Until the control of the issue of currency and credit is restored to government and recognized as its most conspicuous and sacred responsibility, all talks of the sovereignty of Parliament and of democracy is idle and futile... Once a nation parts with the control of its credit,
it matters not who makes the laws....
"Usury once in control will wreck the nation."

How?

*

The answer to this question is two-fold.

1. First, how did the world bankers gain control over our government's right to print and issue the nation's currency?

2. And second, how could the government get away with this for so many years.

The implementation of an income tax system was nothing more than the quid pro quo between a few gluttonous politicians and the world bankers. The bankers promised to provide a stable money supply, with a modest interest rate of course, in exchange for political power for the few insatiable politicians, as well as an income tax system that would allow them to receive their interest payments from the pockets of the citizens.

How they implemented income tax systems around the world vary greatly depending on the foundational legal structure a country was built upon. For most countries it was really quit simple. For example, countries with a Civil Law (Napoleonic) system, the government could simply demand their citizen to start paying income tax, while countries like the United States had to make an amendment to their social contract, the U.S. Constitution. The only question remaining, in relation to the United States is, was the 16th  Amendment properly ratified. There's been a lot of evidence brought forward over the last few years to suggest otherwise.

This is where Canada differs greatly from both civil law nations, such a France, and common law nations, such the United States and Australia, who both have an element of supposed independence from Great Britain and it's common-law foundation. From what we have been able to ascertain, Canada, being that it's creation is by way of a British statute, the British North American Act, 1867, still adheres to an unwritten social contract, which although imposes a few necessary social obligations, it still holds our  human rights and fundamental freedoms as sacrosanct.

Because of this foundational aspect of our country's legal structure, it took approximately 4 years before the federal government, on behalf of the world bankers, could implement an income tax system directly on to the earnings of the individuals of this country. And once it was implemented it was promoted to the public as a temporary measure to help finance the cost of the war. Yet in reality it was never intended to be temporary but was left to the discretion of the Finance Minister, who I'm sure was well rewarded by his masters, the world bankers, to keep it in place.

To answer the second question conclusively we would need to spend a lot more time and space then what the scope of the Intermediate page was intended for, but to address some of the fundamental components behind the creation of our income tax system we need only to look inside the structure of our legal system at the duality of person in law.

For the most part the silent majority goes about their daily lives oblivious of the reality of the duality of "person" in our legal system, but this quote by one of our history's most honourable and enlightened justices, Chief Justice of the Court Of Common Pleas of England, Lord Blackstone, from book one of his four book set know as the "Blackstone’s Commentaries", should resolve that.

"Persons also are divided by the law
into either natural persons, or artificial."
"Natural persons are such as God of nature formed us; Artificial are such as are created and devised by human laws for the purposes of society and government, which are called corporations or bodies politic."

It is because of the reality of this duality of person in law that when the government  passes certain legislative Acts, such as the Income Tax Act, it is forced to ambiguously state, using the media and their own printings, that the Act applies to a person.  Their hope is that you remain naively trusting of them so that you'll easily fall prey to this subtle manipulation of the true meaning behind the Income Tax Act's use of the word "person", leaving know one to blame but yourself.

Without an awareness of this duality of person in law and the bureaucrats convenient oversight of not clearly identifying which type of person in law the Act applies to, they know you'll most likely go thorough the rest of your life feeling subjected to the arbitrary whim of a bureaucracy gone mad and continue to assume that the Income Tax Act applies directly to you for the amounts you received in your natural capacity as a natural person, under a private contract, for your own benefit.

As preposterous as some of this may seem at this point in your journey just wait until you met a lawyer with his gold embossed diploma on the wall and prestigious letters behind his name, who, when asked about a natural person, pretentiously remarks, "No such thing exists in law, you must be getting fed some false information." When that happens, and believe me it will if you keep moving forward on your journey, you're going to have to make a decision.

                                                                                                                 ~ Upton Sinclair
The only thing I can suggest is, that you either believe him and return the pasture waiting to be sheared or you can invoke your personal responsibility by going to a local book store and pick up a Canadian Law dictionary to find the answer for yourself.

Canadian Law Dictionary, 4th  Edition
John A. Yogis, Q. C. Associate Dean and Professor of Law,
Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia

    Natural Person:
“A natural person is a human being that has the capacity for right or duties.”

    Artificial Person:
"A legal entity, not a human being, recognized as a person in law to whom legal rights and duties may attach.

The moral principle of this is...
Personal responsibility is a choice that only you can make for yourself.

Becoming aware of this duality of person is a great first step, however, as I stated earlier, the scope of this Intermediate page restricts me from delving into other areas such as, the foundational supremacy of your human rights and fundamental freedoms and the great legislative works that ensures the recognition and protection of them. This area of study will assist you in your understanding and give you the personal knowledge that you are free... you just didn't know it, or how to protect it.

Another area of study which is to broad to explain in the scope of this page deals with Principles of Interpretation that need to be applied when reading statutory legislation. This knowledge will empower you with ability to read a statute with a clearer understanding of its intent and purpose, and who it actually applies to.

Regardless of your personal level of education of the English language, this area of study will be most enlightening, especially once you come to terms with that fact that in the drafting of a statue law, any word can be redefined to mean something way beyond the boundaries of logic and common sense.

For Example:

Black means White... and White means Blue bed pants with yellow polka dots.

...Say what...

As ludicrous as this may sound, this is a standard practice that has been applied in the most artful way in the Income Tax Act. Within the Income Tax Act you'll see the redefining of such words as "employee", "employer", and "employment" to name but a few.  This art form is what has kept the illusion that, income tax is as certain as death, alive and well for over eight decades.

From a logical human perspective this concept may seem offensive, but in the world of statutory construction it is allowed, therefore as immoral as it may seem, it is legal. And the use of this legalized "Word Magic" is no secret, the knowledge of this legal manipulation of words  is well know by those who understand the game and is used for their own advantage as the need arises.

This quote from U.S. President Bill Clinton shows his awareness of the use of  "Word Magic" and his willingness to expose the reality of its use during the legal battle he had in relation to inappropriate behaviour and Monica Lewinsky.

               .
"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is."
                                                                                                                 ~ U.S. President, Bill Clinton
.

What?

We discussed what income tax really is on the Introductory page. However, to refresh your memory... it is nothing more than an internal federal excise tax which is only mandatory for those who choose to work in the capacity of "legal representative" for the benefit of a federally created artificial person under an implied contract of service, known as an a "officer”, AKA "taxpayer"

This was the only way for the federal government to implement such a tax, as it was restricted to the raising of money only through of Indirect Taxation. However, it was not always this way. For a short period of our history the federal government did infringe on the exclusive jurisdiction of the provinces. Using the first world war as an national emergency the federal government was allowed, under the Emergency Measures Act, to impose a Direct Tax on to the labour of it's citizens. This brief infringement lasted as long as the feds got away with it and no one complained, and very few did because in today standards it would be equivalent to earning around $300,000 per year before you were even subject to the modest 4% tax rate.

Over the pursuing years the federal government started to enlarge its jurisdiction by methodically encroaching into other areas of provincial jurisdiction.  Finally a challenge, in regards to one of these federal-provincial jurisdictional issues, came before the Supreme Court. Which, at that time in history, had just recently became the highest court in the land. The case is know as the Lord Nelson Hotel Case of 1950. The transcripts themselves make for a great history lesson, as seven Supreme Court Justices unanimously agreed and laid out, in the most certain of words, that both federal and provincial jurisdictions were like "water tight compartments", and as defined within the founding Act, no provision of the BNA Act had either expressed or implied that either party could enter into any agreement which would allow the other to perform their respective duties.

As our research supports, it was sometime during the 12 years, in which they had been ordered to remove themselves from provincial jurisdictions, that the income tax system we have today was fine tuned. It went from being a Direct Tax, directly on the earnings you made for your own benefit into an internal federal excise tax (Indirect Tax) which is only mandatory for those who choose to work in the capacity of "legal representative" for the benefit of a federally created artificial person under an implied contract of service, known as an a "officer”, AKA "taxpayer", in exchange for a benefit called the Canada Pension Plan.

Where?

♫ Where oh where is has my income tax gone, oh where oh where can it be?... ♫

Income tax is everywhere, but goes no where, at least not where we think it should go.  Millions of dollars a day are siphoned out of the pockets of virtually every man and woman in this country. Whether it's from your work, your investments or even your pension plans, they make sure they get what they want. Oh yeah, don't forget about the fact that once you die, they come in for one last trip to the trough and split up a good portion of your estate between themselves and those highly specialized, "just working for your benefit", probate lawyers, who seem to have perfected the art of work creation and detailed billing.

And the only things that allows this despicable form of economic servitude to keep its grip in our society is our attachment to fear, our unawareness of our fundamental human rights, and the fact that we don't believe we can do anything about it, both individually or collectively.

This form of economic servitude is nothing new, it was well planned  and implemented many years ago, and so was how we would react it.

                The Rothschild Brothers
"The few who understand the system, will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favors that there will be no opposition from that class.

The great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantages, will bear its burden without complaint"

Now, if you were asking, where do our income taxes go? Then the pervious remarks fall short. We have been led to believe that our income taxes go to finance the operation of this country. They provide us with our roads, our hospitals and especially our social safety net. Yeah right!!...What else do you think they're going to led you to believe. How understanding do you think you be if they actually came out and told you the truth?

If we disregard the fact that the federal government could regain control over printing and issuing is own currency with a stoke of a pen, and lend it to itself interest free, and just consider the other 180 or so taxes we all seem to gladly pay, we could very easily see that there is no reason for an income tax system to run our country.

This bold statement is easily support by reading an excerpt from the Canada's 1993 Auditor Generals Report. It lays out quite clearly that of Canada's $423 Billion accumulated debt from 1867 to 1992 only $37 Billion represents a debt owing for government programs, all the rest, $386 Billion represents interest on the money we borrowed from the international bankers.

5.41 The cost of borrowing is the third area that affects the annual deficit. In 1991-92, the interest on the debt was $41 billion. This cost of borrowing and its compounding effect have a significant impact on Canada's annual deficits.

From Confederation up to 1991-92, the federal government accumulated a net debt of $423 billion. Of this, $37 billion represents the accumulated shortfall in meeting the cost of government programs since Confederation.

The remainder, $386 billion, represents the amount the government has borrowed to service the debt created by previous annual shortfalls.

The same reality is no different for the United States and probably every other country that has been deceived into believing income tax is actually a necessary evil. The January 15, 1984 Grace Commission Report, which was requested, by then President Ronald Reagan, came to the same conclusion. It not only confirmed the general suspicion that 100% of income tax collected went to pay the interest on their nation debt, but it confirmed that the government would actually make more money by eliminating the whole income tax system altogether.

Grace Commission Report
"100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt ... all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government"

Why?

*

The question, "Why", can be answered from two perspectives.

Question #1
  1. Why are the international bankers so persistent in trying to gain financial control over the world?

Question #2

Is the question from the Introductory page we encouraged you to contemplate...

  1. "Why do I pay income tax?"

The answer for question #1 is...

                                  Greed...it's that simple.
We could elaborate and add power and control, but ultimately it boils down to greed. The sad thing about their greed is that it is never satisfied and will continue to grow with no end in site. The good thing about their greed is that because of their insatiable appetite they will eventually destroy themselves from within.

Once they feel they have gained control over as much as they possibly can, they will turn inwards and start devouring each other until there is only the greediest and most powerful among them left standing. Who in turn will either repent once he figures out that no man is an island and money & power is no substitute for true happiness, or he'll escape to some obscure part of the world hiding in fear from those he destroyed on the way to the "top".

If this whole process runs its full course before they can learn that money, power and control are but illusions created in the mind of a fool, what would look like their finest hour would actually be the beginning of their own demise. Until this happens the best thing we can do is to spend the time learning the importance of who we truly are and how our freedom is founded upon the respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law.

This way, as their inevitable destiny approaches, we aren't just standing around oblivious to our true potential and wondering what happened to our "glorious master". We as individuals, and as a society, will have the wisdom to shift into the realms of natural law, natural health and natural commerce while we reclaim our country and the world on the fundamental principles of love, peace and harmony instead of the illusion of greed, power & control.

"History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling the money and its issuance."
*
~ 4th US President James Madison

The answer for question #2 is...

Most likely, fear and/or a lack of knowledge and/or a vested interest.

"Fear can only prevail when victims are ignorant of the facts. "
                                                                                                                                                                           ~ Thomas Jefferson

The question, "Why do I pay income tax?" is one that only you can answer for yourself. It may be the hardest question you'll ever have to answer because it will require you to be brutally honest with the person it is the easiest to lie to...yourself.

Not only will you have to be honest with yourself, but you'll also have to resist the influence that years of methodically disseminated half-truths and blatant lies has played on your ability to perform deductive reasoning.

This is why we've been so insistent that you rely on your own ability to discern fact from fiction and come to your own conclusions by studying the facts yourself. As much as we would like to free your mind from the Illusion it has become accustom to, we realize that no one can free your mind but you, all we can do is show you the door.

Here's a list of the top five honest answers (excuses) that came from individuals who found the strength to seek the truth behind the question ...

"Why do I pay income tax?"

Paradigm Presents...
.
The Top 5 Excuses for Paying Income Tax
1. I was paying income tax because I was told I had to.

2. I was paying income tax because I thought everyone else did and never even questioned it.

3. I was paying income tax because I was led to believed that I had to pay my fair share or I would be an unpatriotic radical.

4. I was paying income tax for fear that if I didn't do everything the government said, they would take everything I had and put me in jail.

5. I was paying income tax because I earned my living from its existence and was afraid of what the truth would to do my standard of living.

Regardless of what your honest answer is, look at the bright side. Once you have found your own truth behind why you've been paying income tax, against your personal desire, you now know you don't have to fight against a genetically inherited disposition to give up to half of your earnings to feed the insatiable greed of a few self-serving politicians and their money masters.

Another thing to note is, you are probably no different than the many others who came up with the same honest answer you did. This is a good thing, because everyone that I can remember who embraced the courage to break away from the opinions of the "status quo" and invested the time and energy to seek the truth for themselves, have all come to the same fundamental conclusion that they are a human being with inalienable rights, allowing them to release what they had held as their reason for paying income against their freewill.

             *
The soft-minded man always fears change.
He feels security in the status quo,
and he has an almost morbid fear of the new.
For him, the greatest pain is the pain of a new idea.

~ Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

While contemplating the Who, How, What, Where, and Why one could very easily come to the conclusion that we have been scammed by the very government we elected to represent us, and therefore income tax is illegal, fraudulent, and unconstitutional. However, although it may appear that the creation of income tax systems falls into one or all of these categories, the fact remains it doesn't.

The income tax system is constitutional and legal, and to create a case for fraud and get it heard by an independent and impartial tribunal would be virtually impossible. However, this is not to say that the reason income tax was introduced and the intentional use of "Word Magic" to make it appear mandatory is not unethical and immoral. It just shows you that there is a vast difference between what we feel is right in the real world and what can be made right within the legal world.

So now you're left with three choices,

Choice #1

You can discard what you've read up to now and return to the illusion of security you think you've built your comfort zone around, justifying to yourself that you're doing "okay", so why should you worry about what a few international bankers have done to your country.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
                                                                                                                                                       ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

Choice #2

You can stop your journey here, hold tight to the belief that income tax is illegal, fraudulent and unconstitutional, and spend the rest of your years as a tax protestor, fighting a fight that need not exist as you repeat the steps of those who have gone down this path before you, but to no avail, while you look for ways to set right what you "think" is wrong.

"The biggest mistake in life is to disregard new ideas before
                     truly investigating the information first."
                                                                                                                                       ~ Unknown Author

Choice #3

You can continue your journey for the truth to build on and verify what you had read up to now. If you choose this path you will eventually come to the see that income tax is really nothing more than a temporary inconvenience and that the real problem behind the decay of our lives, our families and our country is the fact that several years ago a few self-serving politicians sold their souls and this country to a few insatiably greedy international bankers.

With the knowledge of these facts you will not only be able to free yourself from the shackles of income tax but you'll be better able to understand the importance of joining your one voice with those who have already awoken to the ugly truth of the Illusion.

As we're each learning to exercise our individual rights and freedoms with the respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law,  we can move forward together to rebuild our political system with honourable men and women who we can trust and stand beside, empowering them with the courage to reclaim our governments right to print and issue our currency, interest free, and remove the greedy hands of the international banker from our pockets, our children's pocket, and our children, children's pockets, once and for all.

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people
can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
                                                                                                                                           ~ Margaret Mead

I hope this Intermediate page has taken you a little deeper into the illusion of income tax then you had gone before. However, before you come to any firm conclusion one way or the other, it is highly recommended that you continue on your journey so you'll have a better understanding of the facts you'll need to make some of your life's more important personal decisions.

May I suggest you continue your journey by going to the Advance page.
