If you're just beginning your journey then this page is a great place to start. It spares the volumes of documentation you could get lost in when trying to find the simple reality of income tax. However, it is highly recommended that you do not stop your journey short, but continue until you to understand the significance of this simple reality.

To begin your journey with the right perspective, ask yourself this one question,

"Why do I pay income tax?"

Contemplate this question for a while, then answer yourself as honestly a possible.

What was your answer?... Was it one of the following?

  1. Because my friends say I have to pay my fair share.
  1. Because if I don't, "They" won't be able to pay for the roads.
  1. Because my pastor says that the bible says I have to.
  1. Because if I don't, "They" say we couldn't afford social services.
  1. Because I have a "professional" degree and that's what "They" taught me.

Or is it the same answer as the vast majority of us who started filing tax returns
without ever thinking to ask why...

Because... "They"... Said...

Regardless of your answer, don't you remember what your parents kept saying to you.

"If "They" told you, or even taught you, to jump off a bridge, would you?"

Don't you think you owe it to yourself and your family to ask the simple question ...

Why do I pay income tax?

You may want to contemplate this a bit more...
especially when you consider the fact that most of us have been raised in a society
that has conveniently taught us to never question "authority"

If you were to sincerely ask yourself,  "Why do I pay income tax? ... and then diligently seek the answer, based on facts and not the deceptive responses of a well conditioned bureaucracy, you will ultimately come to the same answer that all who sought an answer before have found.

"Because I was lead to believe that it was mandatory,
by a government I had trusted to tell me the truth."

The following is a overview of the simple reality of income tax,
which coincidently just so happens to be the only other thing in life
we've been led to believe is as certain as death.

The Simple Reality

Before 1917 personal income tax was not even a reality in this country. Then came the war, and income tax was introduced to help pay the costs. Well the war ended, yet today, over 80 years later, we still have this supposed temporary tax being imposed upon the citizens of this country. As time has passed, we’ve been led to believe that personal income tax is now as certain as death, and most accept it as such, without question.
Some hold tight to this belief, concerned of being ridiculed by those who, without thinking, assert naive sayings like, “You aren’t paying your fair share” or, our personal favorite, “How are we going to pay for the roads?”

And then there are those who just never thought about it, or ever considered the fact that the levying of mandatory personal income tax on a natural person's private property could only exist if the enslavement of human beings was allowed by law.

Well that’s the great thing about this country, everyone has a right to their beliefs, even if they are just based on the opinions of others and not on actual facts gathered through personal research. However, for those of you who dare to question the status quo or would just like to learn the facts before making a decision, you’re not alone.
Paradigm Education Group and the thousands of individuals and businesses becoming educated all across this country have already started asking real questions and are getting real answers. Like so many others who have come before, we started looking for answers because of the feeling that something was fundamentally wrong with income tax.

As we each found the courage to step away from the opinions of the status quo, to seek answers based on facts, what we found was that income tax is nothing more than an internal federal excise tax which is only mandatory for those who choose to work in the capacity of legal representative for the benefit of a federally created artificial person under an implied contract of service, known as a....
“taxpayer”
(As defined in the Income Tax Act of Canada)

The Choice is Yours

The only difference between those who have regained control over their lives and those who feel they are being forced to pay income tax against their will, is the knowledge each has, due to the choices they’ve made.

Some chose to ask, “Why?”, and sought the answers for themselves, while others simply accepted the opinions of the status quo because they sounded like what we’ve been led to believe as the truth.

Paradigm Education Group’s educational courses and programs can provide the fundamental education that’s needed to empower an individual with knowledge, allowing them to make decisions based on verifiable facts, instead of opinions.

With balanced education you’ll not only be able to comply with the laws of this country but you’ll come to learn that paying income tax is neither good nor bad… it is simply, a choice.

The choice is… work in the capacity of a legal representative of a federally created “person” known as a “taxpayer”, for its benefit…or work in your own capacity, for your own benefit.
It’s all about choice… And only you can make it.

If you were to decide to spend the time to find the answer to your questions, then eventually
you'll  be able to condense your understanding of the simple reality of income tax into...

5 Words or Less

Not only is this as simple as it gets, but once you have a deeper understanding of what has happen to this once great nation of ours, these five little words may be helpful to know, especially if you happen to meet a self-proclaimed "highly educated professional" who condescendingly asks,

"Tell me in five words or less,
how it is we don't have to pay income tax."

Well, here they are...

 Quit  working  for  the "taxpayer"

1

    2    3   4        5

This is about as simple as it is to keep working in Canada without being subject to income tax.

If you chose to continue your journey towards the truth you'll eventually come full circle, back to this point. Certainly by then you'll have the ability to truly understand the depth of the meaning behind,

Two Words Or Less

Before you move on to the next page
I thought I'd let you know of the only other way
I know of to quit paying income tax...

And it's only two words.

! Quit Working !

I know it sounds good,
but it really doesn't make for an enjoyable life.
