On December
13th, 2000, after 8 years of searching for the simple reality behind
the complexity of the Canadian income tax system, my wife and I stood
on the front steps of the Abbotsford Courthouse wondering what had
just happened. I had just been acquitted of all charges for failing to
comply to a demand to file income tax returns for 4 years.
On the surface at least, this event may
not seem to have been anything truly significant, especially when you
consider the fact that a
superficial reading of the trial transcripts makes it look like I was
only acquitted because of some technicality.
However, when you take into consideration the lively pretrial events
that took place in Chilliwack, the two unusual orders that were
eventually granted there, the questionable excuses that were used to
justify moving the trial to Abbottsford, the fact that I never
presented any evidence for a defense, the fact that the judge seemed
to argue with the Crown on my behalf for almost an hour, and the fact
that CCRA never even filed an appeal, which they seem to always do if
they lose, it has to make one wonder what really happened. |

Nevertheless, this site is a consequence of that day in court and our
journey to find the answers to questions that have gnawed at us for years. To our
delight, as our journey progressed we were not only able to better understand what really happened in court
on that fateful day,
but we were able to better understand the simple reality behind the
complexity of the Canadian
income tax system.
This
comforting realization was only possible by combining our studies with the efforts of other individuals who
also had the same feeling that something was fundamentally wrong with
what appeared to be an
income tax on the private property of citizens of this country.
With this new
understanding and similar feelings of frustration towards other
aspects of our system, we applied the same study principles with the
same level of due diligence only to find the same disturbing reality. We all had been led to believe things that simply weren't true.
In addition to that,
despite the fact that back then we felt we had lost our rights and
freedoms and had been enslaved by a system of bureaucracy gone mad, the
most exciting thing we discovered was, we all were still free, we just
didn't know it, or at the very least, we didn't know how, or had been to afraid, to do
anything about it.

we've designed this site with progressive learning sections, from
introductory to advanced levels, and beyond. Therefore, depending on
where you think you are on your journey, choose the appropriate page to
start your search for the truth.

Although it lacks the detailed information to support what we now see as the
"simple reality" behind income tax, it still gets right to the the bottom
line and tells it like it is in as few words as possible. |

This level takes an individual a
little deeper into the reality behind what has happened in our country.
Although it's not as in-depth as the Online Advance Course, it still presents
enough verifiable facts to give even the most skeptical among us, pause
for thought. |

|
This level contains the key remnants
of Paradigm's first website. As advanced as it is, relatively speaking, this section is
only an online introduction to our more comprehensive DVD a book
courses, as they were developed to discuss increasing amounts of
information in a progressive manner to assist individuals in seeing
through the Illusion themselves.
Nevertheless, this
section still presents some of the indisputable and verifiable facts
that Paradigm has been able to stand firmly on since our beginning.
To add a bit of
entertainment to your study we've also retained the theme of the movie
the "Matrix" from our first site.

This section extends way beyond the
subjects of human rights and income tax. As with the many who have come before,
once an individual sees through the Illusion of income tax they'll soon realize that
understanding this information is bigger than just saving a few bucks, and
most likely begin
to hunger for more and more information about the reality behind what we
have been led to believe as the truth.
In essence, this section is
just a doorway to
information and research material on a wide variety of interesting
subjects. As such, it is continually expanding thanks to the passion of Paradigm
Associates, Students, and other like minded individuals who have the same desire to find the truth,
regardless what it is.

some of the programs Paradigm developed to assist an individual on their own journey.
With the
increasing availability of Canadian wide introductory seminars, Intermediate and Advance Study Groups,
annual gatherings such as our Shift Happens Anniversary Dinner and
Dance, and our upcoming annual Canadian Bill of Rights Conference which
will bring together speakers from all over to talk on a variety of
subjects relating to our human rights, we no longer need to feel
we're alone on our individual journeys towards true freedom.
