Important Notice
January 31st, 2009
Due to the recent release of a Federal
Court ruling containing an apparently clear and unequivocal answer to a
similar question I've been asking for nearly seven years, and the search
for an answer has been one of many fundamental reasons for this
passion-driven undertaking as Paradigm, I, Russell Anthony Porisky, in
the capacity of natural person, feel
morally compelled at this time, in the off chance the judge's answer and analysis is
actually judicially sound, to temporarily cease to carry on business as Paradigm
Education Group as of January 30th, 2009, and perhaps until such time the
Federal Court's answer to the question can be reviewed and overturned by
a higher court.
For those who would like more information
about the specifics of the answer to the similar
question I've been asking
check out the ruling itself, in particular paragraph 14 and the

For those who, after reading the ruling
themselves, find it hard to accept the implied consequential conclusion
they were born a slave
without the inalienable human rights and fundamental freedoms that are
professed to be recognized and protected by the Canadian Bill of Rights,
and that the State has some kind of inherent ownership and interest in their
private affairs and
property, the only thing I can suggest is
you try, by surfing the internet, to get in touch with one of the
emerging movements of concerned Canadians apparently now forming in
response to a ruling that some effectively suggest is equivalent to the
judicial approval of nationalized slavery.
As for this site, it will remain as it was
prior to the posting of this Important Notice for
archival purpose only, in remembrance of the passionately held beliefs
of many that Canada was a free and democratic society as opposed to an
apparent twenty first century slave State,
and it most likely will not be updated
until such time the Federal Court's answer to the question can be
reviewed and overturned by a higher court.
